I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist in the provinces of Manitoba and Ontario and am certified to provide Clinical Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology, and Rehabilitation Psychology services to adolescent, adult, and elderly clients. I obtained my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Neuropsychology from the University of Victoria in 2009.  Since October 2009, I have been employed as a Clinical Neuropsychologist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Health Psychology, Max Rady College of Medicine, at the University of Manitoba. My occupational responsibilities include the neuropsychological evaluation of patients presenting with wide-ranging neurological conditions. Since October 2015, I have worked as the Clinical Neuropsychologist for the provincially-funded Pan Am Concussion Program.

In the area of concussion, my clinical services consist primarily of individual assessments and short-term consultations with individuals, parents/ significant others, educators, teams and other organizations, and related professionals. Neuropsychological assessments provide objective evidence regarding the presence or absence of cognitive and psychological symptoms related to concussion. The neuropsychological results and clinical opinions provide sensitive information regarding an individual’s post-injury status and help inform medical decision-making. I also provide short-term psychotherapeutic intervention to adults for issues related to depression, anxiety, somatic distress, adjustment to illness or injury, and other related conditions.
